Maskiss sent me their Eye Mask Combo to try, and my first reaction was that there are a lot of patches in this box. Thirty pairs, and every pair is individually wrapped, which makes them easy to share, toss in a bag when you travel, or keep in different spots around the house.
There’s a nice variety too: 24K gold, aloe vera, caffeine, and hyaluronic acid. I started with the gold.
Quick Verdict
- Buy it if: you want individually wrapped eye patches in four formulas you can rotate, share, or split up as gifts
- Skip it if: you only want one formula and you’d rather scoop from a single big container
- My favorite feature: the gold pair didn’t slip and slide once I got up off the bed
- Would I buy again? I’m planning to use these often and work through all four kinds
What’s inside the Maskiss Eye Mask Combo box
Each formula comes in its own color, so you can tell them apart at a glance: gold for 24K gold, green for aloe vera, pink for caffeine, and blue for hyaluronic acid.
Each one has its own job. Gold smooths fine lines, caffeine goes after bags and puffiness, hyaluronic acid helps dry lines and locks in moisture, and aloe vera soothes. With four kinds in one box, you can pick a new one each week.

Who the Maskiss set is for, gift givers included
These are for anyone who wakes up puffy and wants a cool, quick fix before the day gets going. If you’d rather have one reusable mask you can chill again and again, the cooling gel eye mask I tested works hot or cold.
They’re also an easy gift. Since every pair is sealed on its own, you can split the box up: a few for a girls’ night so everybody gets to try one, or a different kind in each stocking.
If you’re splitting one box across a few stockings, my free holiday gift planner keeps track of who gets what and what’s already in your stash.
Cold gold patches the morning after pizza night
I tried the gold pair straight out of the fridge, the morning after pizza night, so my bags were packed. They were so cold going on, but it felt good. I made sure to get them up onto my crow’s feet, and they smell good too.
I set a 20-minute timer and planned to lie down and relax. I didn’t last. I’m too impatient for that, so I got up and did chores instead, and the patches didn’t move all over the whole time. I don’t like it when patches slip down as soon as you get up to do things, so that was even better.
When I took them off, my eyes felt great. The cold alone helped calm the puffiness right away.

Small details that make them easy to use
- The serum side goes on your skin: one side of each patch sits soaking in the serum, and that’s the side you press on.
- They reach the outer corner: the gold pair was long enough to tuck up toward the outside of my eye, not just underneath it.
- A minute of patience helps them grip: smooth out any air bubbles and give them a minute or two, and they stick pretty tight.
What I liked about the gold pair
- No stinging or burning, just comfort
- The box is really pretty, so it’s ready to hand over as is
- Twenty minutes fits into a morning without much planning
Things to know before you order
- Results take several days of regular use. The first time is mostly about the cooling.
- I’ve only tried the gold pair so far, so I can’t speak to the other three yet.
- It’s a mixed set, so you won’t get 30 pairs of one kind.
Maskiss eye patch questions, answered
How long do you leave Maskiss eye patches on?
Twenty minutes. Put them on clean, dry skin with the serum side down, then peel them off when the timer goes.
Can you move around while wearing Maskiss eye patches?
Yes. I was up and moving for most of my 20 minutes, and the gold pair stayed right where I put it.
What do the colors in the Maskiss box mean?
Each color is a different formula. Gold is 24K gold, green is aloe vera, pink is caffeine, and blue is hyaluronic acid.
Should you keep Maskiss eye patches in the fridge?
Yes. Mine came straight out of the fridge, and the cold felt good going on.
Can you take Maskiss eye patches when you travel?
Yes. Each pair is sealed in its own packet, so you can drop a few in a bag without bringing the whole box.
Other under eye patches to compare
If you want a big pack of one formula instead, my Lorelis Lab green tea eye patch review covers a 60-pad set I tried. Here are three more that work differently from the Maskiss box.
- Patchology Rejuvenating Eye Gels: one caffeine and green tea formula with collagen, made to work in as little as 5 minutes instead of 20.
- skyn ICELAND Microneedle Eye Patches: press-on patches with dissolving microneedles of hyaluronic acid and peptides, worn for 2 hours or overnight, with 8 pairs in a box.
- Peter Thomas Roth 24K Gold Eye Patches: 60 patches of a single gold-infused formula in one container, not separate packets.
My call on the Maskiss Eye Mask Combo
I really like these. I’m keeping the box going and working through the other three kinds next. If you like variety in your routine, or you want something easy to share, this set gives you four to rotate through.
