This jar of methylated multivitamin gummies was sent to me to try. I didn’t know they were filled gummies until I read the jar, and that explained why every one of them is two colors.
They’re a treat to take. I’d take these without a fight, which I can’t say about most of what I take.
Quick Verdict
- Buy it if: your daily pill feels like a chore and you want something you’ll look forward to
- Skip it if: you’d rather swallow one tablet a day than chew two
- My favorite feature: the flavor
- Would I buy again? Maybe, depending on what else I’m taking
A multivitamin gummy with iron and collagen together
I’ve taken a lot of multivitamins, and this is the first one I’ve seen that puts iron and collagen in the same serving. The B vitamins are the methylated kind, L-methylfolate and methylcobalamin, and the label calls the formula liposomal.
It also adds two things I don’t usually see in a women’s multi, TMG and NAC. The front of the jar counts 23 vitamins and minerals on top of those.

Refortu Women’s Methylated Multivitamin Gummies with Iron and Collagen
Sixty peach gummies in one jar, enough for a month.
What’s in Refortu’s multivitamin gummies?
- Serving size: 2 gummies a day
- Count: 60 gummies, a 30-day supply
- Flavor: Peach, with a filled center
- B vitamin forms: L-methylfolate and methylcobalamin
- Plant sources: Vitamin D3 from lichen, omega-3 EPA and DHA from algae
- Also in it: Collagen, TMG, NAC, CoQ10 and a probiotic blend
Who are these multivitamin gummies for?
Anyone who means to take something every day and keeps forgetting. Eating these is a lot like eating candy, so I remembered them in a way I never do with capsules. If daily habits never stick for you no matter what form they come in, I wrote about turning a new habit into a game on Seeding Serendipity.
If you’d like your bone-health capsules to be chewable too, the Maennyliy calcium gummies I tried pack calcium, D3 and K2 into two chewables a day.
What do these vitamin gummies taste like?
Peach, and a good peach at that. I love peach, and there just aren’t enough peach things out there. There was no strange aftertaste after I’d finished one, only more peach.
They’re squishy, with a nice gummy texture. When I bit into one, I could see the middle, but nothing shot out. It’s not like a Gusher. If you like a gummy with a center, the OH MY CHEWY sleep gummies have a tart cherry and grape one.
Label details that matter day to day
- No gelatin: they’re set with pectin, so there’s no animal gelatin in the gummy itself.
- Sugar-free: monk fruit does the sweetening.
- Gluten-free and non-GMO: both are printed right on the jar, and they’re made in a GMP-certified facility.
- Chelated minerals: the iron is ferrous bisglycinate and the magnesium is magnesium bisglycinate.
What else I liked
- How good the jar smelled when I opened it
- The cute little jar itself
- No pills to swallow whole
What to know before buying Refortu multivitamin gummies
- The supplement facts print is tiny. I couldn’t read it on the jar, so check the product page if you want every amount.
- A serving is two gummies, not one.
- There’s iron in it, so check with your doctor first if you already take other supplements or any medication.
Common questions about methylated multivitamin gummies
Do you need a methylated multivitamin if you have an MTHFR gene variant?
No. People with the common MTHFR variants can still use every form of folate, plain folic acid included, and folic acid is the only form shown to help prevent neural tube defects. A methylated formula is fine to choose, it just isn’t required. If you could get pregnant, 400 mcg of folic acid a day still applies to you, variant or not.
Are iron gummies safe to keep around kids?
Keep them up high and closed. Accidental overdose of products with iron in them is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6, and a gummy that looks like candy is an easy one for a child to grab.
Should you take an iron multivitamin with food?
If it bothers your stomach, yes. Large doses of iron can bring on nausea and stomach upset, and that’s more likely when your stomach is empty.
Other women’s multivitamins to compare
- Garden of Life mykind Organics Women’s Gummy Vitamins: berry gummies that are USDA Organic and vegan, made with whole fruit and organic cranberry, with methyl B12, C and D3. A serving is four gummies.
- MegaFood Women’s One Daily Multivitamin: one tablet a day with 22 nutrients, including 9 mg of iron, and it can be taken any time of day, even on an empty stomach.
- SmartyPants Organic Women’s Multi and Omegas Gummies: organic gummies in raspberry, lemon lime and grape, with omega-3 ALA from flaxseed oil instead of algae.
Would I take these again?
Maybe. I took them for a while and then moved on, because I rotate through supplements. I had no complaints about these.
