HomePals sent me their NAD+ Support with Resveratrol to try. I’ve heard nothing but great things about NAD, and I’ve taken resveratrol before, so a bottle with both in it got my attention right away.
It’s part of my supplement rotation now, and I take it on and off. Supplements like this affect everyone differently, so I’m not going to report results. What I can tell you is what’s in it and how it fits my routine.
Quick Verdict
- Buy it if: you want NMN, NAD+ and resveratrol in one capsule serving
- Skip it if: you want a single-ingredient NMN with nothing else in it
- My favorite feature: resveratrol and NAD in the same bottle
- Would I buy again? Too soon to call. It’s in my rotation for now.
NAD support and resveratrol in the same capsule
The front of the bottle leads with NMN and NAD+, and “with resveratrol” is right in the name. Pterostilbene is in there too, along with green tea, turmeric, grape seed and a few more.
Some of these were new to me. I take a lot of supplements, so I like when there’s something new on deck.

Who this NAD supplement is for
It’s for you if you’re curious about NAD and already like resveratrol, or you’d rather take one combo than buy each of these on its own. The capsule shell is plant-based, so it also works if you skip gelatin capsules.
If you’re more curious about NAD for your skin, I also tried it as a face cream with the JiYu NAD+ moisturizer.
How it fits my supplement rotation
I don’t take the same supplements every day. I rotate them, the same way I rotate magnesium like the Olenphogy Magnesium 8 Pro, and this one comes in and out of the lineup with the rest.
I can’t tell you what it’ll do for you. As I said when I first opened it, things like this affect everyone differently.
If you rotate supplements too, the FDA says to update your medicine list each time you start or stop one. Admin Arcade has a free wallet card for that.
What I noticed about the capsules
- Size: an average capsule, easy to swallow.
- Look: the capsule is clear, so what you see is the color of the powder inside.
- Smell: nothing strong when you open the bottle and give them a sniff.
What I liked about the label
- Every ingredient has its own amount listed, with no blend hiding the numbers
- The front label spells out the NMN and NAD+ amounts per serving
- A short other-ingredients list
Before you order a bottle
- The serving is two capsules, so a 60-capsule bottle lasts a month.
- The ingredient names are long. The full Supplement Facts panel is above if you want to read it before you buy.
Questions about HomePals NAD+ Support
How much NMN is in HomePals NAD+ Support?
600 mg per two-capsule serving, which is 300 mg per capsule, plus 100 mg of NAD+. The front label lists both amounts per serving.
Is HomePals NAD+ Support third-party tested?
Amazon lists it as third-party tested batch by batch for heavy metals and microbes, with a COA report for each batch.
What’s in the HomePals capsule besides the active ingredients?
Hypromellose, which is the plant-based capsule shell, plus rice flour and silicon dioxide. That’s the whole other-ingredients list.
How long does one bottle of HomePals NAD last?
A month. There are 60 capsules and the serving is two, so one bottle holds 30 servings.
Other NAD supplements to compare
- Double Wood NMN: NMN on its own, 125 mg per capsule, with no resveratrol or botanicals. 60 capsules.
- Tru Niagen: nicotinamide riboside (NR) instead of NMN, 300 mg in one capsule a day. 30 servings.
- OMRE NMN + Resveratrol: another NMN and resveratrol pairing, with black pepper extract added and no other botanicals. 60 capsules.
Where HomePals NAD lands for me
I’m keeping it. Resveratrol and NAD in one bottle is the reason I reach for it.
