Snap Supplements sent me their Blood Sugar Blend to try. I read the whole label out loud the day it showed up, and my first reaction was “ooh, we’ve got a lot of good ones in here.” I’d taken almost every one of them at some point, just never all together.
It’s earned a spot in my supplement rotation. I take it some days and other things on other days, the way I handle most of what’s in my cabinet.
Quick Verdict
- Buy it if: you like the idea of one capsule carrying a long list of extras
- Skip it if: you want to know the exact amount of each ingredient
- My favorite feature: the lineup. It’s stacked with things I already like.
- Would I buy again? It’s one I rotate through
What’s in the Snap Blood Sugar Blend?
Most of what’s in here is split into three blends. The glucose blend leads with berberine and cinnamon, then adds white mulberry leaf, gymnema, fenugreek, bitter melon and stinging nettle. The mood blend has ashwagandha, moringa, L-theanine and lion’s mane. The last one rounds it out with green tea, turmeric, alpha lipoic acid, resveratrol and CoQ10.
On top of those, each serving carries vitamin D, thiamin, niacin, folate, B12, biotin, zinc, chromium and vanadium. That’s a lot to fit into two capsules.

Snap Supplements Blood Sugar Blend
Sixty vegan capsules in a jar with a wood-look lid. Berberine and cinnamon headline the formula, backed by herbs, mushrooms and a set of vitamins and minerals.
Snap Blood Sugar Blend specs

- Glucose Metabolism Blend: 825 mg
- Mood Support Blend: 275 mg
- Inflammation Support Blend: 100 mg

Who is the Snap blend for?
It fits someone who’d rather open one jar than five. If you already buy a few of these one at a time, this rolls them together.
If you care about exactly how much berberine you’re getting, go with a stand-alone bottle. You get one total per blend, not an amount for each one. My review of TriPhasic Berberine 1000mg covers a bottle built around berberine alone. And if you’d rather chew than swallow, Snap also makes the sea moss chews I tried.
Opening the jar and taking a sniff
The seal peeled off in one clean sweep, which was pleasant. Then I smelled it. Nothing too strong, just a hint of cinnamon and what I think is turmeric.
Two of the ingredients were new to me: gymnema, which I couldn’t even pronounce, and vanadium.

Small details I noticed
- The lid: the jar has a cool wood-look cap. I really like the bottle.
- Clear capsules: you can see the yellow powder inside, no colored coating.
- One serving a day: two capsules and you’re done, nothing to measure.
What I liked
- Third-party tested
- Made in a GMP-certified facility in the USA
Before you add it to your supplement shelf
- Take it with food. Two capsules alongside a meal is the way to go.
- If you’re on blood sugar medication, or any prescription, talk to your doctor before adding this.
- Started it? Add it to your wallet card of meds too, so whoever’s treating you sees everything you take.
Snap Blood Sugar Blend questions
How long does a Snap Blood Sugar jar last once it’s open?
Finish it within 90 days of opening. Keep it somewhere cool and dry, out of the light, and don’t put it in the fridge.
What is the Snap capsule made of?
The shell is hypromellose, a plant-based vegetarian capsule. Rice flour, vegetable magnesium stearate and bamboo extract fill out the rest.
Can teens or pregnant women take Snap Blood Sugar Blend?
Not without a provider’s okay first. The jar asks anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or nursing, and anyone with a known medical condition to check before using it.
How much berberine is in Snap Blood Sugar Blend?
There’s no exact number. Berberine is the first of seven ingredients in the 825 mg Glucose Metabolism Blend, and FDA labeling rules list a blend’s ingredients from most to least by weight. So berberine is the biggest share of that blend, at least 117 mg, but the exact amount isn’t printed.
What time of day should you take Snap Blood Sugar Blend?
Any time of day works. Just take the two capsules with a meal.
Simpler picks to compare
- NOW Berberine HCL 500 mg: berberine by itself in 90 veg capsules, for anyone who wants one number to track.
- NOW Gymnema Sylvestre Extract: just gymnema in 90 veg capsules, if that’s the herb from the Snap glucose blend you want more of.
- Horbäach Cinnamon with Chromium and Biotin: Ceylon cinnamon with chromium and biotin, 250 vegetarian capsules, a three-ingredient take on the cinnamon side.
Is the Snap blend the right pick for you?
Pick it if one jar sounds easier than juggling a handful of them. Pass if you’d rather control each dose yourself.
