HAPPY NUTS sent me their Anti-Chafe Comfort Stick to try. First of all, I think we can all agree the branding is cute, hilarious, and kind of genius. The jokes are all over the package.
My husband just built a pretty impressive gym out of our garage, and he’s always in the market for products like this when he’s lifting. He’s the main user here. I steal a little sometimes when I’m running.
Quick Verdict
- Buy it if: someone in your house lifts or runs and wants an unscented anti-chafe stick
- Skip it if: you’d rather have a stick with a scent
- My favorite feature: it’s smooth and not greasy, so things just glide
- Would I buy again? Yes, my husband likes it and it’s staying in our gym
Just the tips, for any area that chafes
The package gives you “just the tips”: apply it to any area that experiences chafing, not just the one in the name. It’s there to reduce friction and soothe skin.

HAPPY NUTS Anti-Chafe Comfort Stick, Unscented
A 1.7 oz unscented, non-greasy stick for any spot that chafes, from underarms and chest to inner thighs.
HAPPY NUTS Comfort Stick details
- Size: 1.7 oz (50 g) stick
- Scent: unscented
- Feel: non-greasy
- Use it on: underarms, chest, inner thighs, groin
- Made for: men, and travel-bag sized
Who is the HAPPY NUTS anti-chafe stick for?
Anyone who lifts, runs, or works out at home. Our garage gym already has the Ivation oversized LED clock on the wall, and now this stick is on the shelf.
If you’re tracking more than reps, the RunStar smart body fat scale I tried covers the numbers side of a home workout setup.
The garage is also where my strength training plan for women over 40 at home is supposed to happen, once I actually start it.
How it feels going on
You just unscrew the top. If there’s any scent at all, it’s a very light, clean one. It says unscented, and that’s true. You really can’t smell anything.
It’s very nice and smooth, not greasy at all. It just makes things glide a little better.
My husband has been using it in the gym since, and he likes it.

Small things I noticed
- Nice quality container: I really like the package itself.
- Easy to share: one stick covers his lifting and the times I borrow it for a run.
What we like about HAPPY NUTS
- The branding is cute and funny
- It’s earned a spot in our garage gym
Good to know before you order
- It’s a stick, so it glides on instead of absorbing sweat like a powder
- It’s marketed to men, but I use it too
