Svvimer sent me their rosemary shampoo and conditioner to try. It has rosemary, tea tree, and mint, and before I even opened it I said I bet it smells amazing.
It does. And that turned out to be only part of why I liked it.
Quick Verdict
- Buy it if: you want a rosemary, tea tree and mint set that feels great on your scalp
- Skip it if: you don’t like herbal, minty smells in your shower
- My favorite feature: How refreshing it feels to scrub into my scalp
- Would I buy again? Yes
What’s in the Svvimer rosemary shampoo and conditioner
Both have rosemary, tea tree, and mint, and they’re biotin infused. The box says they’re paraben-free, sulfate-free, and phthalate-free, and made for all hair types.
Everything arrived sealed, so no leaking was going to happen, and there was a little pamphlet inside that says “We believe in the power of nature.” Love that.

Who should try the Svvimer rosemary shampoo?
Anyone who likes a herbal, minty shower and wants a shampoo that feels good to really work into the scalp. If a long scalp scrub is your favorite part of washing, the OELY biotin shampoo with the five-minute scalp massage is another one I’ve tried.
If you want a different minty scent, the AHSUO eucalyptus mint set I tested is the other one in my shower rotation.

Scrubbing it into my scalp
I spent a lot of time just scrubbing the shampoo on my scalp. It’s refreshing and it just feels good on your head.
Then the conditioner went on, and I liked everything about the whole wash.
Two things I noticed out of the shower
- The scent hung on: I really like it when a shampoo and conditioner smell I like actually lingers, and this one did.
- My brush went right through: This is always the huge test for me, because sometimes it takes me forever to brush my hair out. Right out of the shower, the brush went through easily.
The parts I would tell a friend about
- I like the texture of both the shampoo and the conditioner.
- They’re beautiful bottles that sit nicely in the tub.
Before you add it to your cart
- I’ve used it a few times, not every day for months. I can tell you how it feels and smells, not whether it makes my hair thicker over time.
- It’s sold as a set, so you get the shampoo and the conditioner together.

Other rosemary shampoos to compare
- Mielle Rosemary Mint Scalp and Hair Oil: An oil with rosemary, mint, biotin, and tea tree in a 2 oz bottle that you use as a scalp oil or a pre-wash treatment. It’s an extra step on top of a shampoo, not a replacement for one.
- Aveda Rosemary Mint Purifying Shampoo: A clarifying rosemary, peppermint, and spearmint shampoo sold on its own, pitched at normal to oily hair and product buildup. Pick it if you only want the shampoo, not a set.
- Kristin Ess Instant Exfoliating Scalp Scrub: A sugar scrub you massage in on wet hair before you shampoo, made to lift flakes and buildup. There’s no rosemary in it, but it’s for anyone who loves the scrubbing part as much as I do.
A few washes in, I really like it
I was very pleased with this set, and I’m keeping it in the shower. If you want a shampoo you’ll actually enjoy washing with, the Svvimer rosemary shampoo and conditioner is an easy one to try.
