The Wild Naturals eczema and psoriasis shampoo and conditioner is an aloe-based, sulfate-free set that I reach for on the weeks my scalp acts up. That’s a few times a year, not every wash. The shampoo is mild and doesn’t lather much, the conditioner is creamy and smells like oranges, and my hair came out soft and easy to brush. I don’t have eczema or psoriasis, so this post is about scent and feel, not results.
Wild Naturals sent me the set to try. I went in for a gentle wash on an irritated scalp, and that’s what I’m judging it as.

What makes the Wild Naturals set different
The conditioner is the reason to buy the pair. It has a lot more orange scent than the shampoo, and I really like that. The conditioner is usually what your hair ends up smelling like, so a good-smelling conditioner does more for you than a good-smelling shampoo, and this one smells awesome.
The other thing is the base. The bottle says it’s aloe vera with no water added, plus manuka honey and orange oil, made to soothe, moisturize, and repair without stripping the oils your scalp needs. I can vouch for the not-stripping part. The rest I’ll leave to the label.

Who this shampoo and conditioner set is for
Anyone whose scalp gets irritated and wants something gentle to switch to until it settles. It’s the kind of set you keep on the shelf next to your regular shampoo, not instead of it. If you like citrus, that’s a bonus.

How it felt on my scalp and in my hair
The shampoo is clear and thin, and it doesn’t get super lathery. A little bubbly, and that’s it. It feels nice on the scalp anyway, which is the whole point on a week when the scalp is the problem. Nothing tight, nothing stinging.
After the shower my hair felt nice and soft and brushed through easily, and it smelled like the conditioner. I really like it. I’ll keep using it when needed, and “when needed” is the scope of this review.
What the conditioner is like to use
- Creamy: nice and thick, a very good texture for a conditioner, and it spreads without tugging.
- A little goes a long way: I squeezed out a small amount because I didn’t want to waste it, and it was plenty.

- I don’t have eczema or psoriasis and didn’t test it as a treatment. My scalp gets irritated a few times a year, and that’s what I used it for
- It’s not medicated. If a doctor has you on something, this isn’t a swap for it

A little. It gets a bit bubbly, not the thick foam a regular shampoo makes, and it still felt like it cleaned. If you judge clean by suds, adjust your expectations for one wash.

The label says it’s for all hair types and gentle enough for even the most sensitive scalps. I don’t use it every day. I keep it for the weeks my scalp is irritated and go back to my regular shampoo after.

How much conditioner do you need?
Not much. It’s thick and creamy, and a small amount spreads through my hair. I didn’t want to waste it, and I didn’t have to.

I really like it, and I’ll keep using it when my scalp needs it. It’s not my everyday shampoo, and it doesn’t need to be. It’s the gentle one on the shelf for the bad weeks, and it smells good.
