These Maennyliy calcium citrate gummies were sent to me to try. Taking two feels like a little treat, but it’s a full calcium supplement with D3, K2, magnesium and zinc in the same serving.
I’m still taking them, and I’d consider buying them again. It comes down to my mood. Some days I want a gummy, and some days I’d rather just swallow a capsule.
Quick Verdict
- Buy it if: you take several bone-health pills and want one chewable you’ll look forward to
- Skip it if: you’d rather swallow a capsule every day
- My favorite feature: the orange flavor
- Would I buy again? I’d consider it, on my gummy days
Calcium, D3, K2 and magnesium in one chewable
Almost everything on this label is something I take, or have taken, as a capsule. Calcium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin C, D3 and K2 are all here in one two-gummy serving, plus boron, copper and ashwagandha extract.
Getting all of it in a gummy is a tasty way to take it. One thing to chew beats lining up a row of bottles.

- Sweetener: monk fruit
- Base: pectin, no gelatin
- Count in my bottle: 30 servings (60 gummies)

Who these calcium gummies suit
They suit you if you already take calcium, magnesium or D3 as separate pills and want one thing to chew instead. They also fit if gelatin has kept you away from gummy vitamins, since these are pectin-based.
If magnesium is the main thing you’re after, I’ve also tried it as a capsule with Olenphogy Magnesium 8 Pro and as a nighttime gummy with OH MY CHEWY melatonin-free sleep gummies.

How the orange flavor tasted
My first bite got an “Oh, yum. That’s a super good orange.” Orange is one of my favorite flavors, and not every orange flavor is the same. This one is a good one.
The texture held up too, and my take right away was that this is one I’ll look forward to.
What I noticed when I opened the bottle
- The smell: they smell good the second the lid comes off.
- The shape: they look like little orange dots.
- The texture: soft and chewy, and the gummy texture is on point.
What I liked about the formula
- Sugar-free, with no artificial sweeteners on the label
- Magnesium comes as glycinate
- Ashwagandha extract is in the same serving
Before you order a bottle
- The front of my bottle doesn’t say gluten-free, even though gluten is on its “made without” list.
- A two-gummy serving is 1200 mg of calcium, and MedlinePlus says not to take more than 500 mg at a time, so plan on splitting them.
Questions about Maennyliy calcium gummies
Can you take calcium citrate gummies on an empty stomach?
Yes. MedlinePlus says calcium citrate is absorbed well on an empty or full stomach, while calcium carbonate should be taken with meals.
Should you take both Maennyliy gummies at once?
Splitting them lines up better with the usual advice. MedlinePlus says not to take more than 500 mg of calcium at a time, and a two-gummy serving here is 1200 mg. Ask your doctor how much calcium you need.
Are Maennyliy calcium gummies gluten-free?
It isn’t printed on the front of my bottle, but its made-without list includes gluten and wheat, and Amazon lists them as gluten-free. If you need a certified product, check with the brand before you buy.
How much sugar is in these calcium gummies?
None. A two-gummy serving has 0 g sugar, 3 g carbs and 10 calories, and the label says no artificial sweeteners. The sweetness comes from monk fruit, a plant extract the FDA describes as 100 to 250 times sweeter than sugar.
Other calcium supplements to compare
- Vitafusion Calcium Gummies with D3: 500 mg of calcium and 1,000 IU of vitamin D per two gummies, in fruit and cream flavors. No K2 or magnesium, so it’s the simpler formula.
- Citracal Maximum Plus: calcium citrate too, but as unflavored caplets you swallow, with D3, zinc, copper and manganese. A good fit for capsule days.
- Viactiv Calcium + Vitamin D Chews: a milk chocolate soft chew with calcium and vitamins D and K. It contains milk and 1 g of sugar per serving, so it isn’t vegan or sugar-free.
Would I buy these calcium gummies again?
I’d consider it. I like the flavor and the formula, and whether I reorder comes down to my gummy-versus-capsule mood.
If you’re happy chewing a gummy every day, the orange flavor makes two a day easy.
