I’d just been told by a provider to start taking fatty acids when Fatty15 showed up.
They sent me the 3 month supply to try, and I’d order it again.
Quick Verdict
- Buy it if: you like a refill setup that cuts down on waste
- Skip it if: you’re after fish oil or an omega-3. This is a different kind.
- My favorite feature: A three-way tie between the packaging, the short ingredient list, and what my nose didn’t pick up.
- Would I buy again? Yes.
Why does Fatty15 come with a glass jar and refill pouches?
The box has an empty glass bottle on top and the refill packets underneath. Now that I have the bottle, I only need to order refills, which means less waste. The pouches say you can recycle them.
It’s convenient, too. If I wanted to, I could take one pouch with me on the road and leave the jar at home. The jar is nice quality glass, and I like the lid. I’d want to keep it either way.

Who is Fatty15 for?
It’s for anyone who got the same advice I did and wants something other than fish oil.
It’s in my supplement rotation now, so I take it some days and not others. If you’re building a rotation too, I’ve also tried HomePals NAD NMN and Wild & Organic mullein, another one with no fillers.
Unboxing the Fatty15 3 month supply
There’s a nice little note in the box, plus a card with all the facts. Then there’s what looks like a magazine. Lots of info. I’m going to read all of it.
Filling the jar is super easy. Open a pouch and dump them in. With all three pouches in there, I’m good for 90 days. To restock before the jar runs dry, the free printable refill tracker has a column for when to buy the next one.

The capsule, the smell, and the ingredients
- Size: the capsule is smaller than average.
- Smell: I sniffed them, and there’s no smell at all.
- Ingredients: FA15 and the vegetable capsule. Not a bunch of fillers.

What I liked
- The name. Love it.
- You can tell they care about quality and the planet
What to know before you buy
- The first box is big. If it looks like a lot of packing, that’s a one-time thing.
- I’m not reporting results. I take it on and off, and supplements like this affect everyone differently.
